Care is optional and billed monthly from launch. Unused editing time does not roll over. Hosting must remain active if care ends.
BEFORE WE START
Pay 50% upfront and 50% before launch. We agree the scope and schedule first. Work starts when the deposit and required content arrive. Contact us for a written quote; no payment is collected on this website.
Your logo, photos, business details and draft wording. Your domain and service accounts stay in your name. You retain your website if optional care ends.
One combined list of feedback. Each build includes two rounds. Extra work is $120 per hour and is quoted for your approval before starting.
Domain registration, business email, paid software, booking systems, SMS charges and applicable GST are additional. Google Ads, SEO and advertising spend require a separate agreed scope.
A connection to one existing customer-management system, an enquiry dashboard in that system and one agreed follow-up workflow. We review compatibility before the final quote. Custom-built dashboards and larger integrations are quoted separately.
